Legal & trader information
Playtcha is operated as part of Norly. Postal correspondence and service of legal notices may be addressed to the operator business address on file with our local trade registry; we respond to written requests sent to legal@playtcha.com with the registered address on request, in line with EU consumer-law transparency obligations. Customers and end-users can exercise statutory rights without sending physical mail — every channel above is monitored.
EU consumers entering into a paid subscription have a 14-day right of withdrawal; see the dedicated refund & withdrawal policy for the procedure and the model withdrawal form.
When we’re online
Playtcha is a small team operating from the EU (Central European Time). Business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET, excluding Danish public holidays. Security and abuse reports are monitored outside business hours on a best-effort basis; if something is actively on fire on a customer site, including [URGENT] in the subject line bumps the triage queue.

partnerships@playtcha.comis the only inbox open to outbound — every other address is for users and goes to a human triaging it. - Post account credentials, secret keys, or personally-identifying end-user data in a support email. If we need to see them, we’ll point you to a secure channel.
- Report suspected security issues publicly (e.g. on GitHub, social media) before emailing security@playtcha.com. We’ll always credit reporters who follow coordinated disclosure.
